Free shipping on Canadian orders over $650 CAD. International free shipping thresholds vary by currency and region.

1. Order Processing & Production

Made-to-Order Items: Shipped within 7 - 15 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually shipped during the same week.

Express Dispatch Orders: Shipped the next business day following the date of your order instead of the end of the week. The Delivery timeframe will remain standard 

Custom Orders: These require longer production lead times. We will let you know in advance when your order can be shipped.  

2. Returns & Alterations 

Ready-to-Ship Returns: Only ready-to-ship items are eligible for return. They must be returned in their exact original condition to the address that we will communicate to you.  All returns must be approved before any action is taken from the customer's end. Please send us an email to info@toxlatex.com for approval and how to return the items. 

Return Window: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days of the date you received the package.

Tracking Requirement: You must provide a tracking number for the returned items.

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout and online processing fees are non-refundable.

Alterations: If you wish to make alterations to a standard-size item after receiving it, we are happy to assist; however, all shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Canada: 2–6 business days.

USA: Up to 10 business days.

International: Up to 21 business days.

DHL for Canada and International: 1 to 3 Business days 

Notes: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Express shipping and Express Dispatch reduce time in transit but do not guarantee faster production.

4. Expedited & Rush Production

Expedited Delivery: Please reach out to us for special shipping arrangements. Additional charges may apply based on urgency.

Rush Production: If you require both expedited shipping AND rush production, a 20% production rush fee will be applied to the total order amount. Please email us to discuss your case before placing your order.

5. Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Transaction fees will be deducted from the total refund.

After 24 Hours: Since items are made to order, cancellations after 24 hours are subject to approval depending on their production status.

6. Lost Packages & Customs

Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

Lost Packages: If a package is lost or tracking is unchanged for a week, contact us. Claims must be filed within 30 calendar days of the shipping date. Please send an email to: info@toxlatex.com

Seized Items: No refunds can be issued for items seized by customs that are not returned to us.
