Eligibility
Made-to-Order & Final Sale: Because our products are meticulously crafted to order, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order items. Undergarments, moulded gloves, and sample items are also considered final sale.
Ready-to-Ship Returns: Only ready-to-ship items in their exact original condition are eligible for return.
Return Process
Timeline: Items must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the date you received the package. Contact us to get the return address and instructions.
Tracking: You must provide a tracking number for the returned shipment.
Fees: Original shipping fees and online processing fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged Goods
We must be notified of any production-related errors or damaged items within 5 business days of receipt.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage resulting from neglect. Claims filed after the 5-day window are not eligible.
Upon receiving the item back at our studio, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Alterations
We are happy to assist with alterations for standard-size items. However, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded or compensated.
