Where is the store located ?
The workshop is situated in Ontario, Canada, while our storefront operates exclusively online.
Do you ship worldwide ?
Yes ! We do worldwide shipments.
What is the production lead time ?
For now, orders are being dispatched after 5 business days maximum.
The lead times may be longer or shorter, depending on the season. This section will be updated on regular basis.
If you have an urgent request you can contact us and we can confirm if we can make things happen. Extra fees might be applied for rush orders as they need over time at the workshop.
Can I havean order delivered to a PO Box ?
Orders sent with Canada post can be delivered to a PO Box, but orders that we ship with Fedex or UPS can't be delivered to a PO Box.
What is the thickness that Tox use ?
Depending on the items, we might use a 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm or 0.8mm
Sometime we use multiple gauges on one item to get the right shape for the design.

Why you don't add zippers to some of your items ?
At Tox Latex, we incorporate zippers only when essential or for aesthetic purposes where the clothing safety is not compromised. However, we don't recommend using zippers for garments with a wide top opening.

How do I store latex items that have metal studs on snaps ?
To preserve their quality, clean and dry the item before storage. Avoid direct contact by placing tissue paper between metal and latex. Consider using a latex storage bag, store away from sunlight and heat, and check periodically for any signs of tarnishing.
Avoid folding around metal-studded areas if possible. For more protection, wrap with acid free tissue paper or a soft fabric.
